Update terminology for I2C (and possibly other peripherals) #752

We should unify terminology used for IP blocks and their operationnal modes.

As per the discussion here we'd go for:

  • memory mapped register block: Peripheral
  • Master operation mode: Controller
  • Slave operation mode: Target

Therefore, the I2C peripheral can operate as an I2C controller or an I2C Target.
