Unify changelogs between projects

The automatic generated changelog is nice and readable. We should consider unifying how changelog is generated and displayed in upstream releases, GH releasese and Bodhi updates.

The linked example with GitHub release notes are easily generated and accessible in all our upstream projects on GitHub. Typically, I'd only omit minor changes that don't require mention and also manually reorder them to highlight the most important changes first.

When it comes to other platforms and changelogs, a different approach may be considered. The intent there seems to be more about providing a brief, structured overview of changes, including categories (feature, bug, others, ...), a concise description, and a link to the corresponding issue (BZ, Jira).
