R-internals chapter on Internals vs Primitives isn't rendering

Hi team!

Great stuff on the rendered version of the R manuals.

The chapter on internals vs primitives is currently staying an md file instead of getting converted html. My guess is that it has something to do with the unusual chapter name that has periods.

Good catch, thank you for reporting. I'll investigate.

I have fixed many other issues in a recent bash, but this is still broken. I have an idea where the problem lies, and also an idea for how to fix it. I will return to this issue.
