关联相同变量的多个时间选择器值冲突 #2311

过程描述：左边是日期范围选择器右边是月范围选择器，两个控制器关联同一个chart和 chart的变量

问题：不是按照后选的值请求接口，常规来说应该是谁后选按谁的值请求，或者哪个有值走哪个

期望：取值时使用后选择的控制器的值，如果多个选择器只有一个有值，则使用有值的控制器的值

目前kan看起来是这里循环controller时，后选的值被覆盖了

这里的ops是可以拿到选择的值的，不知道为什么没有使用
