Hi
I think it would be very nice if we could use ~30 minutes in the beginning and let everyone briefly introduce themselves, what they are doing with Rust and possibly, what they are looking for (employer looking to hire, etc).

If we don't have time for everyone, at least we could do it for volunteers who have something they want to announce.
