Alternatively, you could consider having Positions store an iter::Enumerate<I> instead of I+usize.

(But if you want to go that way, it's probably better as a separate PR, since it would change lots of places.)

Ups, I wanted to have that in my fork of this repo. But now it's here. :)

I'm gonna work on that, give me a week or two.
