When the package was installed with yarn global add create-wasm-app, there was no .bin in the package:

ls `yarn global dir`/node_modules/create-wasm-app/.bin
# ...create-wasm-app/.bin: No such file or directory

Rename .bin to bin, and it works!

Resolve #143
