ref forwarding with withLocalize HOC #163

Hey,

I'm trying to forward a ref through the HOC and I'm having trouble as the HOC is not setup to forward refs -> https://en.reactjs.org/docs/forwarding-refs.html#forwarding-refs-to-dom-components

Is it possible to add ref forwarding?
