Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I really like the signal editor, I just have a few ideas that I think would improve the canvas editor, most of them I've seen in another editor that I've used ( https://onlinesequencer.net ) and I think they are really cool and useful

  • Option to show notes names like A4, A#4, B4 on the piano roll
  • Option to show notes names like A4, A#4, B4 on each note at editor
  • Option to show different colors for each related track notes
  • Option to lock/unlock tracks, its similar to the already existing show/hide option but with lock notes still appears in the editor but with low opacity, you can't move select etc the notes but it helps identify if there are overlaping notes from other tracks or even double notes from the same track
example, here you can see the overlaping blue notes from one track with yellow notes from another

Describe the solution you'd like
Most of my solutions are from onlinesequence editor, I don't like the others options like instrument selection, event editor etc but the canvas editor is one of the most intuitive and easy to use from many editors that I have tested

Lock/unlock tracks may cause a little complicated UI, so I'll try to add the feature to set difference colors for each track for now
