Notes bellow C -1

Describe the bug
For some reason, it is possible to select notes bellow c -1, and saving it actually works.
The notes placed bellow c -1 appear on the other end of the 256 keyboard.
The file produced can only be loaded in Kiva, because it supports 256 key MIDIs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to signal.vercel.app
2. Drag the velocity panel up.
3. Scroll down c -1
4. bring velocity panel down.
5. Place notes bellow c -1 and save the file.

Expected behavior
I don't know what to say here.

Additional context
This makes 256 key MIDIs actually possible. Probably not a bad bug but still a bug.
Also, while on the topic of c -1, any updates on #201 ?
