No. Only blocks the ability to generate keys and accounts for a couple of hours exactly in my program. If you need more, you can use github actions

I encountered with it today, after downloading a new version and were confused - "why it won't working?"
Console closing very fast.

Only when I used VS Code, I saw error massage, which said that I missed arguments.

"Wait" or Log/Debug argument will make live easily)
