Downloading Wrong Content or skipping Video Content.

Issue 1: Downloading Wrong Video from the Course.
The Video downloaded for the video available in the Course are being different. I can say around 5 to 10 % mismatches happening.
It has the content of before or after video content.

Issue 2: Skipping Video Content.
It just downloads the exact video file with name in "kb" and downloads the original part in "mb" at default downloads location with the common file name "1280 x 720"..
Is this a known issue.?

Can you share some more information regarding this issue

• Is this happening for all the course? Or just some specific course

Can you try these steps and share the screenshots with me?

1. Right click on page where video player is open
2. Select the Inspect option
3. A window will open, Go to the Console tab
4. There will be a dropdown shown with a select value of Top, Can you click on that select the option with the name PluralsightCourseDownloaderExtension
5. Now try the shortcuts like e to enable and c to download the course
6. Can you take the screenshot of whatever that's being printed there and share the screenshots here
