[Bug]: Newly assigned category not visible on voucher detail

Description of the issue

When assigning a voucher to a category user sometimes does not see the new category in the table - when page is reloaded the category is visible

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Go to the existing voucher
• Click the specific products radio button
• Click assign category
• In dialog Pick a category and save

What did you expect to happen?

The newly assigned category is visible in the table

Additional information

Please remove skip from the test SALEOR_94 when the bug is fixed
Please check assigining product and collections as well

The issue seems to be resolved as TC: SALEOR_94 passes.
