Description of the issue

The "Saved Changes" popup message is appearing even when no changes have been made in Channel Modification page.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Launch Saleor Dashboard.
2. Go to Configurations -> Channels.
3. Open any listed Channel for modification.
4. Click Save without making any changes.
5. Check the "Saved Changes" popup message is appearing even when no changes have been made.

What did you expect to happen?

The "Saved Changes" popup message is should not appear even when no changes have been made.
