Use Gist To Share Ideas

This is my idea (or suggestion) split Ideas in various gist.

The Good:
We can discuss every idea in comments
We can fork one idea

The Bad:
Need to open links for full content
Need to update one list with all

The Ugly:
Don't have preview for on line file edition
