Saros is currently released under GPLv2. This requires a specific project setup that our repository does not adhere to (e.g. every file has to contain a proper copyright and license notice).

We should either clean up the repository to properly comply with the license or continue the discussion of whether we want to pursue changing the open source license Saros is released under.

Those recommendations are not requirements of the license, but rather are suggestions made by one of the license authors.
