The README says you can't find when the secure mode is activated.

I guess it's this one: at the bottom-right corner of the UAC secure desktop, for entering your username if it contains non-English characters

When measured it's exactly 24x24 pixels so matches the description:

Thanks, now it makes more sense 🙂 But weirdly it somehow shows 24px icon even without the code, I'll investigate more.
