Problem in install Node-Sass on Windows

I use:

Windows 10 [21H2, Build:19044.2251]

when i run npm install, take this error:

i try and install visual community 2019,2022 with Visual Studio version [2017,2019,2022]

i try and check all of this separately:

I think the issue is Node compatibility. If you use something like Node Version Manager (nvm), targeting Node 14.21.2 works for me. Nodes 16 and 18 resulted in the above errors.

EDIT: I suppose this really depends on the version of node-sass you're trying to run, too. If node-sass is 4+, then Node 14 works well.
