ScalaTest nested suites don't report useful test names in XML reports. Each is reported as "It is not a test".

Similar to:

  1. Failed tests are reported as (It is not a test) scalatest/scalatest#780
  2. incorrect names for nested tests (using org.scalatest.Suites) JetBrains/sbt-tc-logger#8
