Can't compile Spark 3.3

I started with this guide to convert it into a bloop project with maven plugin. The export will succeed, but I can't successfully compile all of the projects and it will fail on spark-core-test_2.12

I am using scala 2.12 and trying to compile Spark branch-3.3

Thanks for reporting @phil-wang-2049. My guess is something isn't being exported correct with the maven plugin, but I haven't dove in yet. Just confirming that I can reproduce this.
