Extract nested definition to the separate file

It is possible to extract toplevel definition to the separate file e.g. case class, but it's not possible for the nested definition.

What I'd like to do is to extract nested definition like the following

object X {
  trait Foo
}

Describe alternatives you've considered

do it manually or use Intellij ;)
