Auto generate package name when create new Scala file in scala-cli project

When I try to migrate my single-module projects from sbt to scala-cli I see that metals will not auto generate package name when I create a new Scala source (from VSCode).

Auto detect and generate package name at the top of new Scala sources for scala-cli single-module project.

Create new Scala source in sbt project
