Support go to definition for Javadoc's links

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently Metals supports scaladoc links that are in double square brackets: [[ ... ]] however javadoc links such as {@link Duration#toNanos()} are not supported. It should be possible to at least add some support (there might be some syntax that is much harder) for go to definition

Go to definition should work on @link

Manually looking for symbol.
