Add Microsoft Teams integration

So I was reading #95 and saw that it might be interesting to improve current default integrations, which I had to do some tweaking on slack's.

I was wondering about adding integrations to spidermon even though it's not it's core. I might have to implement Microsoft Teams notifications at my work and I was wondering if it would be a nice feature to add directly to spidermon or if I should make another repo.

What you guys think?
