Expected Behavior

The workspace moves down to show the block you now have selected (or some other way, doesn't have to be this exactly)

Actual Behavior

See screenshot

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what someone needs to do in order to see what's described in Actual behavior above

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/970984507/
  2. click “See Inside”
  3. click the input of one of the many “move steps” blocks of the script in the code area
  4. press TAB many times, to move to the next “move steps” block's input
  5. when you are beyond the last visible block in the code area, the whole Scratch GUI will move up, leaving a blank area at the bottom of the window and the next block's input will be shown floating in the blank area
