Pressing delete/backspace in sound editor is marked as change when it shouldn't #9567

Expected Behavior

When you have no area selected in the sound editor and press delete/backspace, nothing should happen

Actual Behavior

When you have no area selected in the sound editor and press delete/backspace it is marked as an event that you can undo

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what someone needs to do in order to see what's described in Actual behavior above

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the sound tab
  2. Make sure you have no part of the sound selected
  3. Press delete or backspace
  4. Observe how the back arrow lights up when it shouldn't
