Expected Behavior

Error pops up that says you cannot copy a custom block to another sprite

Actual Behavior

You can copy a custom block to another sprite and its definition is not created for that sprite

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what someone needs to do in order to see what's described in Actual behavior above

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a custom block
Drag copy it to another sprite
