All background images load very slowly on the LAN network in Docker.

Expected Behavior

All of the background images should load quickly on an Internet or LAN network. I deply the scratch 3.0 in Docker, but background images loading speed is still too slow: 25 seconds at first time, 5 seconds at second time.

Actual Behavior

Most of the background images are loaded progressive and very slow.

1. Go to 'https://scratchfoundation.github.io/scratch-gui/'
2. Click on 'choose a background'
3. Click on 'choose a backdrop'
4. See error
