Scratch Crashing while trying to render SVG

Expected Behavior

The SVG costume should render and behave as usual

Actual Behavior

Scratches costume editor crashes along with the costume looking broken

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://scratch.mit.edu/...'
2. Open up any Project
3. Upload the compressed SVG
4. See error

System Details

Appears to happen in using the Windows App and using a Chromium based browser (haven't tested to see if it happens on other platforms, but it most likely happens on them as well)
