Since CentOS7 was deprecated and its images were replaced in SCT (scylladb/scylla-cluster-tests#7362, scylladb/scylla-cluster-tests@aaca634) with Ubuntu we need to adjust our manager tests and triggers to these changes.

It's a blocker for all pipelines in manager master branch.
