Bug: Env vars are not set in IDEA. What about move the init script from .bashrc to .profile?

To reproduce
Connect to the project with IDEA Remote Development or Gateway.
And also, others claim that launch IDEA from menu or desktop didn't contains the env vars from .bashrc. It contains the env vars from .profile. But it works with launch IDEA from terminal directly.
I confirmed that move the init script from .bashrc to .profile works.
