CircularCrop is not returning Circular Image when Download #535

Circular Crop should return Circular Image on Download, It returns Square Image. WHY?

So How Can we get only Circular Portion When we download it?

If this get's implemented, please don't change the CircularCrop as it's exactly doing what I would expect.
