Select2 resets itself after mouseOn on first element that is enabled

If you have multiple disabled elements than Select2 will reset itself after you hover your mouse on first element that is enabled. All browsers are affected.

Only happens if first element that you can select is below actually visible elements and you have to scroll down for it.
