Issue description
Randomly when I open a select after changing the selection multiple times, I have 2 greyed items and I can't select anymore :

0bdf5017-4ee7-4b25-924a-1b935a9ab391

Step to reproduce
This issue randomly appears but it seems more frequent when I open and close the select multiple times and / or multiple select

Environment

  • Select2 4.0.13
  • Drupal 7
  • Apache
  • Chrome latest version

We need a way to consistently reproduce this and/or a page where the public can try to reproduce it at.

I would also encourage you to upgrade to the latest release candidate which very likely has resolved this issue.
