Scrolling with keys, while the mouse pointer hovers over the list

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to your documentations site (Getting Started -> Basic Usage)
• Click with the mouse on the first example (the one unser "and turn it into this...")
• Hover with the mouse over "Alaska"
• Press on the keyboard the Arrow-Down-Key 3 times

Actual:

• "Hawaii" is not selected

Expected:

• the entry that becomes visible should be activated. (Nevada)

This happens for both directions as long as the element under the mouse pointer is selectable.

Addional Information:
The scrolling works correct on the first drop-down (the plain select-style drop-down), but is also wrong on the 2nd example (the multi-select box).
