Similar to my other feature request, is it absolutely fundamental that semantic-release-cli work exclusively via Github, or is it possible to add support for other cloud SCM platforms, such as Bitbucket or GitLab?

If its not absolutely fundamental, I think it would increase the value of the setup tool to be able to produce configurations where github as the SCM component is configurable with alternatives to bitbucket!

I'd also like to see Bitbucket support in the cli!
