Great idea. I just ran into an issue where I had dropped 5 apps into Multrin and all bar Slack's window (the active tab) disappeared with it.

The apps were still running, they just had none of or very little of their windows visible.

My idea is use for option(in setting), the user chooses close or not:

  • Release all window when close Multrin(default)
  • Close all window when close Multrin

Or you have a popup whether or not you want to release the windows

Chrome will probably give a "Do you want to close all tabs?" And a lot of applications will also ask if the documents shell be saved or not. Maybe there should be 2 close options:

  • Normal Close (Programs that pop-up warnings won't be closed to not accidentally lose data)
  • Force Close (!!Warning, you will lose all unsaved data!!)
