Be able to set whether image is publisheed as public or private at upload time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to enable the following two workflows:
One set of hotkeys that uploads and image to XBackBone as public
One set of hotkeys that uploads and image to XBackBone as private

Describe the solution you'd like
The ShareX configuration should configure two uploaders: one public / one private. So I can set which to use with which hotkey in Sharex.

Additional context
I have uploads private by default. This is for privacy reason. As things currently are, I have to take a screenshot. Open the xbb web ui, set image to public, and then share the link. I'm trying to eliminate some of these extra steps.
