Serverless 1.47.0 introduces support for existing S3 buckets that relates to global custom resources feature.

S3 Related Artifacts:

customResources see diff
s3 events see diff

Cognito User Pool Artifacts

Add support for existing Cognito User Pools serverless/serverless#6362

Would be great if we find a way to add support for this.
