Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched existing issues, it hasn't been reported yet

Use case description

serverless-psuedo-parameters plugin in deprecated but serverless doesnt yet support all aws variables for eg partition

Proposed solution (optional)

Add support for partition similar to account id and region variables
