How to handle triggering help on listening to all messages and still use default help output?

I have the bot listening to all messages for keywords and processing.
However I want to only show help when mentioned directly.
It will match text like "i need help here".

Instead I want to either have run the defaultHelp only on: bot help or require @mybot help.

• Would you consider exposing the defaultHelp as public so it could be used, but with a different handler triggering? I could copy/paste it but thought I'd ask.
• Based on other discussions the ability to deduplicate a message event from listening and a mention isn't possible, so let's say I don't use mentions at all. I think then I'd need to make this a socket mode slash command else a handler for /mybot help instead to trigger it without duplicates. Does this sound right?

I copied original func and reproduced in my file. Only way I got it work.
