RPM distro support is for CentOS 7. However this will disappear from mirrors soon (30 Jun 2024) and be graveyard-ed at vault.centos.org.
To be clear - the packages will be removed from the CentOS mirror system (includes CentOS Stream 8 as well).
Describe the solution you'd like
Build RPM packages for EL 9 on files.freeswitch.org - although EL 8 (RHEL, AlmaLinux, Rocky etc) would be nice too it is now considered feature complete and CentOS Stream 8 will vanish soon as well.
It would seem that RHEL 9.3+ has more runway.
Futhermore FreeSWITCH 1.10.11 has good support for OpenSSL 3 and Python 3 (due to Debian 12) and this meshes well with EL 9.
Describe alternatives you've considered
debian 12; but some places are RPM-shops so not easy to pivot.
(kinda workable) run .deb packages in docker / podman / systemd-nspawn / lxc
Additional context
n/a Package version or git hash
Version of FreeSWITCH 1.10.11

OKay have working el8 RPMs for latest release. I don't know if they published they spec file though.
Debian was always a recommended platform so i wouldn't expect any changes anytime soon.
