AWS_DEFAULT_PROFILE support

Would be nice have the script default the profile to AWS_DEFAULT_PROFILE to be consistent with other params. This allows for assume role to be taken care of by aws cli itself.

Current workaround:

ecs-deploy ... --profile ${AWS_DEFAULT_PROFILE}
