We should set up some basic Continuous Integration for this project. Following the other simple-icons projects, we should use GitHub Actions. The CI should at least check that npm run build works.

See #2 for the beginnings of the work on this. As I've mentioned elsewhere I'm currently unable to contribute much to the project, so other @simple-icons/maintainers are welcome to pick up where I've left off.
