But I think we can just use the bull as they're now using it themselves everywhere, unless we find brand guidelines that say otherwise.

The bull-only only appears on the website header. Lamborghinis elsewhere have shield frames. I have the Automobili Lamborghini official phone case, its icon also has the shield frame.

According to https://www.lamborghini.com/en-en/news/automobili-lamborghini-launches-its-new-corporate-look, it looks like using the bull only would be an authorized usage:

In addition, the iconic bull in the center of the logo has undergone a major transformation. For the first time, it will exist individually on the company’s digital touchpoints, separated from the classic shield to lend it even greater prominence.

@PeterShaggyNoble as @LitoMore said they only use the bull on the website header. Everywhere else it is the shield with the name on top. All of their new PDFs have the shield logo but I couldn't find a non rasterized version of it.

This one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Lamborghini_Logo.svg looks good to me. We may be able to use this one as reference.

They also use the new bull icon without the shield throughout their social media; that coupled with the paragraph @service-paradis quoted above suggests to me that we can use just the bull as well, which would be much better suited to our native size.
