Add VirusTotal icon

Checklist

• I updated the JSON data in _data/simple-icons.json
• I optimized the icon with SVGO or SVGOMG
• The SVG viewbox is 0 0 24 24

Description

• The hex value was from @PeterShaggyNoble
• It was already a vector, I used a combination of a text editor, Inkscape, and SVGOMG to make it ready.
• I used the one with only the icon.
• More info is available in Request: Virus Total icon #3171, and in simple-icons.json

SVG and colour look perfect to me, nice work 👍 As a side note there are differences between this version and this one but, as the version you used is intended to be an icon, I don't think that's a problem.

The only thing that needs to be updated here is the source URL; I think https://www.virustotal.com/ would be sufficient.
