In the last commit, 085d11e, the Probot dependencies was updated from ^5.0.0 to ^9.13.0. With some minor changes the app still works, but the tests became completely unusable. Hence, ideally the test suites are updated so that they work again and the build succeeds again.

This update was needed because v5 relied on a deprecated GitHub API endpoint
