We should audit all the rules (and add tests where needed) to ensure they're compatible with the following new JS features:

Optional chaining
?? - Nullish coalescing operator
Logical assignments (supported since ESLint 7.8.0)
Class fields
Top-level await
Class Static Block (when supported in ESLint)
Change Array by copy Audit all rules for "Change Array by copy" #2029

When ESLint 8 is out, we need to do an audit of rules like this one: eslint/eslint#14591
