Node 22 is out, let's add CI tests for it, and fix any potential bug.

It seems like this major release is a little rockier than usual, and there are currently a few bugs with 22.0.0 (specifically some issues with Windows support). They are being fixed right now, so I'm waiting for the next minor/patch release before adding support.
