Purpose
Fixes #1591 by updating
nise, transitively updating thejust-extenddependency.Not sure if it's worth adding a regression test for this? AFAIK, this is basically a problem that only occurs in Node versions that don't know about
package-lock.json(Node 6? and earlier).
